Senior Program Manager, Solutions Engineering
We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager, Solutions Engineering to turn complex creative and operational needs into clear, scalable technology solutions. This role sits at the intersection of Program Management, Product, Engineering, and Creative Operations, leading work from early discovery and problem framing through delivery, adoption, and outcome validation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead intake, discovery, and problem framing for complex workflow, data, tooling, automation, and technology requests.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into requirements, process maps, user stories, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and technical handoffs.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to evaluate solutions and determine the best use of existing platforms, integrations, workflows, automation, AI agents, or product enhancements.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to create reusable capabilities, standards, workflows, and platform improvements.
- Manage dependencies, risks, decision owners, stakeholder expectations, and competing priorities.
- Use approved AI agents and reusable skills to support research, documentation, requirements development, intake routing, and backlog management.
- Develop executive updates, decision materials, training resources, and operational documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Business Systems, Creative Technology, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from ambiguous discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Expertise translating business needs into structured technical and functional requirements.
- Strong partnership experience with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Excellent systems thinking, root-cause analysis, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate whether needs should be addressed through existing capabilities, workflow changes, automation, integrations, enhancements, or new investments.
- Excellent executive communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing multiple high-impact initiatives with overlapping dependencies and changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Experience
Experience with creative operations, entertainment marketing, production technology, media operations, post-production, DAM, or marketing technology is highly desirable. Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, metadata, taxonomy, automation, reporting, AI-assisted workflows, and low-code/no-code platforms is also a plus.
