Role Overview

Strand is hiring a Senior, outcome-driven Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives for enterprise clients. This is a high-ownership operational leadership role responsible for driving projects end to end, from scope and planning through execution and outcomes, while creating clarity, momentum, and accountability across teams. The role is critical to improving delivery quality, reducing strain on current team members, and building the structure needed to scale effectively

This is not a traditional project management role centered on task tracking, coordination, timelines, or process administration. Strand needs a highly operational, systems-minded execution leader who uses project and program management as a tool to diagnose problems, create clarity, connect teams, and drive outcome

The Senior Project Manager will spend their time

• Owning active projects from kickoff through execution and completion, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and follow-through
• Translating client strategy into clear, executable project plans without owning the strategy
• Building and maintaining project documentation, trackers, workback schedules, readiness checklists, and source-of-truth materials
• Leading cross-functional coordination across account, media, data, technical, creative, and compliance stakeholders
• Proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and gaps, then driving solutions before delivery is impacted
• Creating structured written summaries, decisions, action items, and next steps after meetings
• Keeping stakeholders aligned, informed, and confident through high-touch communication
• Strengthening delivery processes and operational structure so Strand can onboard and support more client work effectively
