Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3 PM

Pay Range: $70-100/Hr

Summary:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through implementation. Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate project resources and activities across multiple teams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Manage scope changes and ensure effective change management practices.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, budgets, and presentations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from planning through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and status reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
