Senior Property Accountant

HYBRID role in West LA - $100-120k + bonus

I’m partnering with a well-established, growing real estate investment firm that’s looking to add a Senior Property Accountant to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the full accounting cycle while partnering cross-functionally with asset management and operations.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial + residential assets

• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Prepare financial statements, reporting packages, and variance analysis for leadership

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and Board reporting

• Ensure GAAP compliance and support audit + tax processes

• Collaborate closely with operations on financial performance and insights

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 3+ years of accounting experience (real estate preferred)

✔️ Strong understanding of GL, financial reporting, and reconciliations

✔️ Yardi experience + advanced Excel a plus

✔️ Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
