Job Title: Specialty Deposit Group. Sr. Relationship Manager

Department: Commercial Lending (Irvine) - 11

Reports to: Commercial Banking Manager

Status: ☒ Exempt ☐ Non-Exempt

About the Role

This position is responsible for driving new C&I business through the sale of Specialty Depository services, including Property Management, Title, Escrow, deposits, and Treasury Management solutions. The Sr. Relationship Manager serves as a consultant and business partner to the Sales Team, ensuring clients with specialized depository needs are offered appropriate products and pricing structures. The role provides pre‑ and post‑sale support to clients managed by the Specialty Deposit Group.


Work Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Location: ☒ Onsite

Travel: Frequent (more than 25%)


What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business by identifying market opportunities through cold calls, warm leads, and referrals
  • Drive new sales by identifying client needs and cross‑selling deposit and Treasury Management products
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide real‑time updates using CRM tools
  • Support the Sales Team by educating clients and selling additional products through onsite and virtual meetings
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry practices and the Bank’s full suite of deposit and treasury products
  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries, training, and support requests related to Deposit, Treasury Management, and Internet Banking services
  • Review customer agreements, maintenance requests, and cancellation forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Complete new client setup and deletion requests, including client training on related products and services
  • Support internal Bank staff regarding Electronic Banking, Deposit, and Treasury Management products
  • Assist with audit requirements and ensure completion of agreed audit recommendations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for system capabilities, onboarding processes, worksheets, and bank agreements related to Deposit and Treasury services
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies


What We’re Looking For

(Required)


  • Five (5) years of Deposit and Treasury Management experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Working knowledge of banking compliance regulations, operational policies, and deposit products
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex, non‑standard situations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation

$165,000.00-$195,000.00 + Commission
