About the Role
CF Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead the recruitment of top talent across corporate functions and locations while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
You will manage searches from initial intake through sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Success in this position requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic sourcing expertise, analytical ability, and the confidence to influence hiring decisions at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate positions, from intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, offer development, negotiation, and presentation.
- Develop creative and strategic sourcing approaches to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines using innovative sourcing channels and recruiting technologies.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment marketing and candidate-attraction strategies.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
- Facilitate and lead new-hire orientation sessions.
- Advise business leaders and internal partners on labor-market trends, talent availability, competitive total rewards, and other factors affecting recruitment strategies.
- Prepare, extend, and negotiate competitive employment offers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and develop sustainable talent pipelines.
- Prepare and present weekly recruiting reports, using data to identify trends and improve hiring strategies.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers regarding recruiting policies, interview practices, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system and generate recruiting reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, including reducing time-to-fill and improving candidate experience.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects, committees, conferences, and professional-development activities.
- Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with employees, hiring managers, candidates, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably including both corporate and third-party search experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and provide high-touch consultation to leaders at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of the business functions and talent markets being supported.
- Proficiency with Workday Applicant Tracking System.
- Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing and social-media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and OFCCP compliance.
- Proven ability to influence hiring decisions with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Experience working effectively within matrixed and geographically distributed organizations.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary for this position is $94,700–$124,900. Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, qualifications, competencies, and other job-related factors.
