Solutions Architect

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design of secure, scalable enterprise solutions across applications, integrations, ERP, CRM, middleware, and APIs. The role bridges business stakeholders, IT, application, infrastructure, security, and external vendors to ensure solutions align with business goals and long-term IT strategy. The architect will drive architecture governance, cloud readiness, security, compliance, resiliency, and effective technology delivery while communicating decisions across technical and non-technical teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across applications, integrations, data, security, and deployment

• Translate business requirements into scalable architecture blueprints, APIs, and integration patterns

• Lead ERP/CRM architecture, platform evaluations, POCs, and vendor assessments

• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, business, and technical teams

• Drive architectural governance, security, compliance, resiliency, and cost optimization

• Support modern architectures using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and DevOps

• Design and lead AI-driven solutions aligned with business and governance objectives

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in application development, system design, and enterprise integration

• 4+ years in Solution Architecture or senior architecture roles

• Strong Oracle Cloud/ERP and Salesforce experience

• Hands-on MuleSoft and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience

• Strong API and integration architecture expertise

• Experience with Azure and/or OCI

• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps

• Understanding of ERP financial processes including GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, and financial reporting

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and architectural governance skills
