Overview:
The Part-Time Therapist delivers exceptional, personalized treatments and provides a warm and professional experience for every guest. This role is ideal for an experienced therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and becoming a valued member of the spa team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality treatments in accordance with spa protocols and standards.
- Conduct client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, products, and spa protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and treatment procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized, and prepared treatment rooms.
- Communicate effectively with reception and management.
- Recommend appropriate treatments and products when appropriate.
- Participate in required training and professional development.
- Support the overall operation of the spa as needed.
Client Experience
- Create a warm, professional, and personalized experience for every guest.
- Establish strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Listen carefully to client needs and adapt treatments accordingly.
- Address client questions and concerns professionally.
Team & Operations
- Work collaboratively with therapists, reception, and management.
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled appointments.
- Maintain treatment rooms and shared spaces to the highest standards.
- Follow all spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant professional certification/licensure required for services performed.
- Previous experience in a professional spa, wellness, hospitality, or comparable environment preferred.
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Professional, warm, and polished demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
