Part-Time | Coworking Connection – Murrieta

Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays | 1:00–5:00 PM

We’re not just looking for someone to fill a job.

We’re inviting someone into an opportunity to help create a place people genuinely love being part of.

At Coworking Connection, we believe Proximity is Power. Our members may come here for a professional place to work, but we want them to stay because they feel connected, welcomed, appreciated and part of something.

That takes a special kind of person.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally friendly, energetic, outgoing and engaging — the kind of person who walks into a room and actually enjoys meeting the people in it.

Someone who notices when a new member walks in and makes sure they feel welcome. Someone who enjoys introducing people who should know each other. Someone who might decide that the community needs a happy hour this month... and then makes it happen.

And yes, occasionally someone who takes out the trash. 😆

🤝 Creating an Amazing Member Experience

• Welcome members and guests and help make Coworking Connection feel like their home away from home
• Answer phones and questions
• Help prospective members understand our different membership options
• Give tours and help new members get signed up
• Get to know our members and what they do
• Introduce members to one another and help create meaningful connections

🎉 Bringing the Community to Life

• Help plan fun member events like lunches, happy hours and other gatherings
• Find little ways to surprise, delight and appreciate our members
• Help create an environment where people feel seen, welcomed and valued

📣 Helping Us Grow

• Attend occasional local networking events and represent Coworking Connection
• Meet new people and tell them about our community
• Follow up with prospective members
• Help turn tours and inquiries into new memberships

✨ Keeping Our Space Looking Great

We all pitch in around here. That means helping keep desks and common areas clean, taking out trash, restocking, tidying up and yes... occasionally helping with bathrooms.

This is definitely not a sit-behind-the-front-desk-and-scroll-your-phone kind of job. 😉

You have positive energy and aren't afraid to start a conversation with someone you don't know.

You're dependable, organized and comfortable taking initiative.

You see something that needs to be done and think, “I've got it,” rather than waiting for someone to ask.

You love making people feel welcome.

You're comfortable talking about memberships, giving tours and helping someone make a decision.

You're creative and would actually have fun thinking up ways to bring people together.

And you're willing to do a little bit of everything to help make the community successful.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build Coworking Connection.

Someone who will take a little ownership of the community, help us grow it and bring their own personality, ideas and energy to what we're creating.
