Superintendent - Ground-Up Light Industrial / Big Box Construction

I'm working with a family-owned Developer/GC that's been in business since 1927 and is continuing to grow throughout the Chicagoland market.

They're looking to add a Superintendent with experience leading ground-up light industrial, warehouse, distribution, cold storage, or big box projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations on ground-up construction projects from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
• Coordinate with project management teams, ownership, and design professionals
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Drive a positive jobsite culture and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
• Light industrial, warehouse, distribution center, cold storage, or big box experience preferred
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
• Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
