Our client is looking for a talented HR professional to join their team in a role focused on Talent Acquisition and Operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of recruiting and broader HR responsibilities and wants to have a real impact on how an organization attracts, develops, and engages its people.


Salary: $130-160k + bonus


On-site three days per week


Duties:

  • Take ownership of recruiting searches from the initial conversation with the hiring manager through offer and onboarding.
  • Meet with business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop search strategies, and provide guidance throughout the process.
  • Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and keep hiring teams informed on progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Work with outside search firms when additional support is needed for specialized or senior-level positions.
  • Help facilitate a positive and organized candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers on offers, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and new hire paperwork.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure employee information and documentation is properly entered and maintained in the HRIS.
  • Help promote a consistent, thoughtful, and inclusive approach to hiring across the organization.
  • Manage the company's ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning resources and platforms, including LinkedIn Learning and other development tools.
  • Work with employees and managers to schedule and facilitate training programs and keep participation on track.
  • Maintain training calendars, materials, attendance information, and program records.
  • Assist with employee engagement and professional development initiatives throughout the year.
  • Help identify opportunities to enhance the employee learning experience and expand development offerings.


Duties:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong recruiting background with the ability to manage multiple searches and build relationships with hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you'll be interacting with candidates, employees, managers, and senior leaders regularly.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple projects moving at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of projects.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting tools; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Able to work with sensitive and confidential employee information with a high level of discretion.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented with a genuine interest in people and employee development.
