Spectra360 is looking for an experienced, energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build and grow our presence in the Sacramento Market

We specialize in staffing solutions for the Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries. This is a high-volume recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for high-volume Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution, and Transportation positions
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assess candidates for job fit
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and present qualified candidates
• Partner and network with local career centers and associations
• Manage onboarding, employment documentation, reference checks, and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate ATS records and meet established recruiting KPIs

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably in the Staffing industry
• Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, or Logistics recruiting experience preferred
• Strong sourcing, communication, and phone skills
• Excellent organization and a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Comfortable learning new technology and recruiting systems

• $65,000–$73,000 base salary + uncapped commission
