POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition for Post-Production who understands the entertainment and creative production landscape. The ideal candidate will be able to strategically attract, evaluate, and hire outstanding post-production talent.

You’ll collaborate directly with our leadership team to refine hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and source candidates who thrive in fast-paced, creative environments.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Partner with leadership to define hiring priorities for post-production editors

• Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates

• Oversee the end-to-end hiring process

• Advise on candidate experience and best practices for hiring

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• Proven track record recruiting in the entertainment, creative, or media post-production space

• Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape and key creative roles

• Exceptional communication, organization, and people-reading skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
