Job Description:

Position Overview:

• Join Client Central Services Business Technology Solutions team, the backbone of our operations, as a Technical Solutions Analyst.
• You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting our diverse portfolio of applications supporting drawing management/CAD, mail and delivery services, facilities, and cafeteria/food services.
• This client-facing role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned technologies.
• Ensure the health of assigned production applications.
• Manage the rollout of global programs for commissioning & qualification at our manufacturing sites.
• Improve customer experience and real-time data usage for site operations.
• Understand and enhance business processes and strategies across multiple business units.
• Investigate existing systems and industry technologies; develop integrated information management strategies.
• Comply with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Seek strategic business opportunities for technology application; provide strategic analyses and insights.
• Ensure alignment between business strategies and technology directions.
• Make recommendations for process improvement objectives.
• Develop business relationships; coordinate portfolio of solutions.
• Manage conflicts, risks, and issues; keep stakeholders informed.
• Oversee a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years’ experience, or master's degree with 8 years of experience
• Hands-on experience managing global products and applications, ideally in a GxP or critical infrastructure environment
• Previous experience supporting GxP applications, on business intelligence programs or data engineering.
• Project management experience in agile or waterfall environments.
• Experience in managing the work assignments of contractors or direct reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
