Lead a High-Impact Warehouse Operation

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, material flow, fulfillment, receiving, and production support. This is an opportunity to build a safer, more efficient, and scalable operation while developing a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and team members.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, storage, material movement, and fulfillment operations.
• Improve warehouse layout, processes, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, KPI management, and process discipline.
• Implement technology, automation, and operational improvements that support growth.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Production, Procurement, Quality, Customer Service, and Finance to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 7+ years of warehouse, distribution, inventory, or operations leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and fulfillment.
• Experience improving processes, developing KPIs, and leading operational change.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory management technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience with heavy, industrial, or high-volume inventory environments.
• WMS implementation, automation, barcoding, or warehouse optimization experience.
• Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, OSHA, or related certifications.

Work Environment

This role operates in both office and warehouse settings and requires regular interaction with warehouse equipment, inventory, shipping/receiving activities, and production-adjacent operations. Appropriate PPE may be required.
