Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Work Management Product Manager to support Adobe Workfront and evolving CX work management solutions. The role will focus on customer needs, product requirements, roadmap prioritization, implementation, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Advisory Board activities and gather/synthesize customer feedback.
• Identify work management use cases and advocate for new product capabilities.
• Gather business requirements, define workflows, user stories, and solution requirements.
• Manage/prioritize product backlog and partner with product and technical teams.
• Lead UAT, beta/early-access testing, implementation, and rollout of new capabilities.
• Support Workfront administration, including configuration and support activities.
• Develop adoption strategies and measure user adoption, efficiency, and business value.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and successful delivery.
• Promote Adobe as a Customer Zero through demos, webinars, and knowledge sharing.
