Account Executive

We’re partnered with an AI technology company transforming consumer underwriting through automated financial document analysis, fraud detection and smarter lending decisions.

They are now looking for an experienced sales professional with 6–10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in an Account Executive role.

The successful candidate will need to have a strong background selling into multifamily property management and a proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth $50K–$300K+ in ARR. You’ll need to be confident building your own pipeline through cold outreach and calling.

Experience as a former property manager or an established network within institutional real estate would be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation and close.
• Build and manage your own pipeline, targeting multifamily owner-operators, institutional property managers and real estate investors.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address each prospect’s workflows, challenges and commercial needs.
• Navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with typical sales cycles of 2–5 months.
• Work closely with the CEO to refine sales messaging, go-to-market strategy and approaches to high-value accounts.
• Take full ownership of opportunities and drive revenue growth for the company’s AI-powered underwriting and fraud prevention platform.
