Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Workwise Solutions Inc., the operator of workwise.care (“Workwise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the Workwise website, job search, listing pages, directories, and outbound job links (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Workwise. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Our Privacy Notice explains how information is processed. Our External Job Link Notice explains what happens when you open a source listing. Both are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.
What Workwise does—and does not do
Workwise organizes job advertisements supplied through a third-party feed so that visitors can search, compare, review, and apply through an external listing. The current Service does not require an account, accept résumés, receive applications, send SMS alerts, or make hiring decisions.
Workwise is not the employer or recruiter identified in a listing, an employment agency, a staffing firm, or an applicant-tracking provider. We are not a party to communications, applications, interviews, background checks, offers, employment, or disputes between you and an employer or another third party. Use of the Service does not guarantee a response, interview, offer, or job.
Job information, freshness, and accuracy
Employers and distribution partners supply the underlying listing information. A listing can be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, delayed, changed, suspended, or removed. A role may close on an employer site before that change reaches Workwise, and dates shown on Workwise can differ from a destination’s dates.
Before relying on a listing, independently confirm the employer’s identity, role, compensation, schedule, location, work authorization, qualifications, benefits, deadlines, and application instructions on the destination site. Workwise does not endorse an employer merely by displaying its listing and does not verify every statement in the feed.
External sites and applications
Selecting a job card or an “Apply on original listing” button opens a new tab through a Workwise redirect to an external listing-provider URL. A job-card click also keeps the description available in the original Workwise tab. The listing provider may then direct you to an employer, recruiter, or applicant-tracking website. External operators control those sites, their application flows, availability, content, accessibility, security, privacy, and terms.
Workwise is not responsible for an external site or for loss or harm caused by relying on external content, except to the extent that responsibility cannot be excluded by law. Review the web address, terms, and privacy notice before providing personal information.
Job-search safety and your responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether to visit, contact, or apply to a listing. Exercise particular care when a supposed employer asks for money, gift cards, banking credentials, account passwords, unusually sensitive identity documents, or communication outside ordinary business channels. A legitimate-looking listing or company name does not eliminate fraud risk.
- Confirm the destination domain and employer independently.
- Do not pay for the promise of a job or deposit an unexpected check and send money onward.
- Share sensitive identity or financial information only when you have verified the recipient and the information is genuinely required.
- Report suspicious, expired, or materially inaccurate listings to support@workwise.care.
Acceptable use
We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for lawful job discovery and other uses expressly permitted by us. You may not:
- interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, security, or another person’s use;
- bypass rate limits, access controls, outbound safeguards, or published technical instructions;
- generate fraudulent, artificial, automated, incentivized, or otherwise invalid job clicks or traffic;
- use bots, scrapers, or bulk requests in a manner that degrades the Service, disregards published crawling instructions, violates a third party’s rights, or exceeds written permission;
- probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, evade a ban, or attempt unauthorized access;
- copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or create a competing database from the Service except as law or written permission allows;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation with Workwise or a listed employer, or use the Service for fraud, discrimination, harassment, or unlawful conduct; or
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Ordinary indexing by search engines is permitted only to the extent consistent with our published robots rules and other technical controls. Separate written agreements can impose additional terms.
Intellectual property and listing content
The Workwise interface, arrangement, software, and original content are owned by Workwise or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. The limited right above does not transfer ownership or permit removal of copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.
Job descriptions, employer names, trademarks, and destination materials may belong to employers, feed providers, or other third parties. Displaying them does not transfer those rights to workwise.care or to you. All third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
If you believe content on workwise.care infringes a right you hold, send a detailed notice to the contact address below identifying the content, the right at issue, your contact information, and the action you request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to evaluate the report.
Privacy
Our Privacy Notice describes information processed when you search, review a job, or open an external listing, including the distinction between Workwise’s processing and the independent practices of listing providers and destination sites. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that notice.
Service changes, removal, and suspension
We may add, change, pause, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We may remove a listing when the source feed changes, a role expires, rights are disputed, safety or accuracy is questioned, or removal is otherwise appropriate.
We may block or suspend access without advance notice when we reasonably believe a user or traffic source has violated these Terms, creates security or operational risk, produces invalid or automated outbound traffic, exposes us or another person to liability, or when restriction is required by law or a provider. Provisions that by their nature should survive loss of access—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and general terms—will survive.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available.” Workwise and its affiliates, licensors, and providers disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We do not warrant that a job is genuine, open, suitable, lawful, or accurately described; that an external link is continuously available or safe; or that using the Service will produce a particular employment outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workwise and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, opportunity, goodwill, employment, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service, a listing, an external site, or an interaction with an employer or third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, their combined liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Workwise to use this Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred US dollars (US $100).
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy does not fully compensate you. They do not limit a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit or exclude.
Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, if your unlawful use, fraudulent or artificial traffic, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights causes a third-party claim against Workwise, you agree to defend and indemnify Workwise and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers against the resulting claim, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs. We will provide reasonable notice and may control the defense. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Workwise’s own conduct.
Concerns, disputes, and applicable law
If you have a concern, contact us first and describe the issue and the resolution you seek so that we can try to address it informally. You and Workwise retain any rights and remedies available under applicable law.
These Terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws that apply to Workwise and the dispute, without overriding mandatory consumer protections. These Terms do not create a separate agreement to arbitrate and do not select an exclusive court or state venue.
General provisions
These Terms, together with the notices incorporated above and any separate written terms that expressly apply, are the entire agreement about use of the public Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Service. Headings are for convenience only, and “including” means “including without limitation.” Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or beneficiary relationship between you and Workwise.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as the Service, providers, or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will post revised Terms here and, for a material change, provide an additional on-site notice before or when the change takes effect when reasonably practicable or legally required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means the revised Terms apply to later use.
Send questions, listing reports, and legal notices to the contact information below. Email is the fastest method, but a postal address is also provided.
