WE’RE HIRING: Mortgage Account Executive
Are you a high energy sales professional who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and close business? LendSure Mortgage Corp is growing, and we’re looking for a Mortgage Account Executive to join our team in San Diego.
This is a unique opportunity in the lending industry for someone interested in Fix & Flip and Construction financing.
What you’ll do:
- Work with real estate investors on financing for investment properties, fix & flips, and construction projects
- Structure deals, solve problems, issue terms
- Build relationships with investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners
- Work warm leads and develop your own business
- Earn competitive base + commission with $48K–$350K+ earning potential
- Grow with a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of sales or client relationship experience
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage, real estate, construction, or real estate investment industry is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly valued
Full-time | Onsite | San Diego (Rancho Bernardo) | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
