Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join a large, dynamic organization in Burlington County, New Jersey. This is a fully onsite leadership role ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with a strong corporate foundation, proven supervisory experience, and a background in complex financial environments.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Prior experience working in a large company environment is required
• Initial public accounting background preferred
• Experience working in a SOX-compliant environment
• Strong background in consolidated financial reporting
• Experience with cash management

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Manage and mentor accounting staff, providing leadership, direction, and development
• Prepare and review consolidated financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
• Oversee cash management activities, including monitoring cash flow and liquidity
• Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to support business objectives
• Assist with audit coordination and support ongoing process improvement initiatives
