Cost Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

Cost Accounting

• Own standard costing and manufacturing cost accounting
• Analyze inventory, production costs, labor, and overhead
• Review cost variances and provide recommendations to leadership
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle count processes

Financial Reporting

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support manufacturing KPI reporting and operational analysis

ERP Implementation

• Serve as a key accounting resource during the SAP implementation
• Assist with system testing, process improvements, and data validation
• Help transition accounting processes from the legacy ERP to SAP

Business Partnership

• Partner with Plant Operations and Supply Chain
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Qualification

• sBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Financ
• eManufacturing accounting experience require
• dStrong cost accounting backgroun
• dExperience with inventory and standard costin
• gERP experience require
• dSAP experience strongly preferre
• dAdvanced Excel skill
• sCPA or CMA is a plu
