Accounting Manager - Full Time Consultant

Robert Half Management Resources is looking for accounting professionals to join our Orange County practice. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience working as an Accounting Manager in mid to large international firms. A combination of public accounting and private industry experience is a plus. 4-year bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred. Candidate should have the ability to multi-task, demonstrate a sense of urgency and meet reporting deadlines.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Internal and external reporting, month end close, consolidations and technical accounting skills
• Ability to work, take ownership, and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of accounting professionals in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve issues
• Very strong Excel skills required
• Previous experience in a Big 4 or large regional accounting firm is a plus
