Position Overview
We are seeking an outcome-driven Senior Manager, AI, Automation & Innovation to lead enterprise AI and automation initiatives during a multi-year digital core transformation. This role combines strategy, program ownership, emerging technology, adoption, and hands-on execution, with responsibility for an existing Digital Workforce/RPA portfolio and the continued expansion of agentic AI across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise Digital Workforce/RPA program and full automation lifecycle, including opportunity discovery, intake, governance, change management, development standards, and platform operations.
- Evaluate existing automations during the digital core transformation and determine where solutions should be retired, rebuilt, or reinvented using modern and agentic capabilities.
- Identify and architect agentic AI opportunities and translate business needs into scalable solutions and measurable value cases.
- Drive enterprise adoption of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude Enterprise through champion networks, learning experiences, engagement, and outcome reporting.
- Evaluate emerging AI and automation technologies and lead structured pilots that inform the innovation roadmap.
- Evaluate initiatives against measurable value criteria including freed capacity, cost reduction/avoidance, and revenue impact.
- Lead and develop a team of AI Solution Analysts and ensure process assessments and solution-design artifacts meet business and audit-readiness standards.
- Provide regular executive reporting on program progress, risk, adoption, and value realization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience delivering automation and/or digital transformation initiatives, plus 2+ years of AI experience.
- 5+ years of SAP ECC experience or 2+ years of S/4HANA RISE experience.
- 5+ years of Automation Anywhere A360 experience across governance, intake, development standards, change management, and operations.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI architectures and platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Databricks, and SAP BTP.
- Experience using enterprise AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Claude Enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to develop business cases with quantifiable value creation.
- Experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or 10+ years of progressive IT experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP or digital-core transformation programs.
- Experience modernizing enterprise automation portfolios during SAP/ERP transformation.
