Our client is a prominent international Real Estate firm with many famous landmarks in their portfolio. They are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join the team on a temporary basis in Greenwich, CT.
Who You Are
- You have experience in client services and general administrative support
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Customer-focused, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology
- Highly organized with strong communication and writing skills
- Professional, discreet, and attentive to detail
What You’ll Do
- Greet visitors and manage incoming phone and email inquiries
- Serve as a primary resource for client service and hospitality needs
- Monitor reception and lobby areas to ensure a welcoming environment
- Coordinate event setup, catering, and related logistics
- Support office move-ins, move-outs, and other workplace needs
- Assist with vendor coordination and invoice processing
What Success Looks Like
- Visitors and clients receive responsive, professional service
- Events and workplace logistics are coordinated smoothly
- Reception and shared spaces remain organized and client-ready
Pay Rate Range: $22-24 per hour, based on experience
Location: Greenwich, CT – On site
