Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Delmonico Insurance Agency is hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage a book of commercial accounts, support renewals and remarketing, and build relationships with carrier partners. This is a great fit for someone with commercial lines experience who wants ownership over their accounts and a real career path, not just a desk.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a book of commercial accounts alongside producers and fellow account managers
• Prepare marketing submissions and manage carrier quoting systems
• Remarket existing accounts and support producers on new business
• Build relationships with carrier reps and underwriters to secure the best coverage options
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and guide them through coverage decisions
• Prepare proposals and present options clearly and confidently
• Stay current on carrier appetite and market trends

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of commercial lines account management experience required
• Active P&C insurance license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied Epic and/or Indio a plus
• A team-first mindset and genuine interest in client service
