Position Overview

Our client, a well-known and growing company, is seeking an experienced Controller to lead and manage the company’s accounting and finance functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on financial leader with a strong manufacturing background, CPA, and experience working with ERP systems.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong people leader who is eager to grow with the organization and potentially develop into a future CFO.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting and finance team
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Partner with executive leadership to support company growth and strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Oversee the use and optimization of ERP systems
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions
• Support the development and growth of the finance team

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Strong experience within the manufacturing industry
• Previous Controller or senior-level accounting/finance leadership experience
• Strong experience working with ERP systems
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Highly strategic, hands-on, and growth-oriented
• Desire and ambition to grow into a CFO-level role in the future
