- Partner closely with Culinary, Hotel Operations, Sales, Events, Finance, HR, and senior leadership.
- Monitor labor, payroll, scheduling, productivity, cost controls, purchasing, inventory, and other key operating expenses.
- Analyze revenue, labor, cost of goods, and departmental performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Drive revenue through programming, upselling, events, beverage initiatives, and new business opportunities.
- Oversee staffing levels and scheduling based on business volume and operational needs.
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards, SOPs, opening/closing procedures, and departmental policies.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally and identify opportunities to continuously improve the guest experience.
- Participate actively in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and company standards.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak business periods, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably within a luxury/lifestyle hotel, high-volume restaurant group, nightlife, or multi-outlet environment.
- Previous experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets strongly preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, labor, COGS, forecasting, and departmental profitability.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and hold management teams accountable.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of elevated hospitality and luxury guest-service expectations.
- Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused in a high-energy environment.
- Experience with POS, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and hospitality management systems preferred.
- Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
