About the Role

We're looking for a Director of IT – Manufacturing Systems to lead technology strategy and application delivery across Production Operations and Finance. This senior technology leader will serve as a strategic business partner, identifying technology needs, driving ERP and application modernization, and ensuring critical manufacturing and business systems support operational growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to identify current and future technology needs and translate them into scalable solutions
• Lead ERP transformation initiatives focused on modernizing business processes, strengthening data governance, and improving operational efficiency
• Oversee enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP and custom-built business applications
• Lead application maintenance, enhancement, integration, and ongoing support across the enterprise
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and technology investments to maximize ROI
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team while driving accountability, development, and succession planning
• Provide technology thought leadership and guide innovative programs that improve business effectiveness

• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Solutions Design, Business, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of information systems experience, including 5–7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Proven experience leading ERP transformation programs and enterprise application modernization
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing budgets and technology investments

• Master’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business
