Research Associate & Lead Research Associate – Process Development (Downstream)

Join a team developing the next generation of biologic therapies! We're looking for talented scientists with downstream purification experience to support the development and optimization of processes for monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, and other biologics.

We're hiring for two levels:

🧪 Research Associate I

1–2 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience

Perfect for early-career professionals looking to grow their expertise in downstream process development.

🧪 Lead Research Associate

3–4 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience

We're looking for a technical leader who can drive downstream process development, lead purification studies, troubleshoot complex challenges, support process scale-up and technology transfer, and serve as a subject matter expert within cross-functional teams.

What you'll be working on:

✔ Downstream process development and optimization

✔ Protein purification using chromatography and filtration

✔ Operating ÄKTA/FPLC systems

✔ HPLC, SDS-PAGE, A280, and other analytical techniques

✔ Experimental design, data analysis, and technical reporting

✔ Supporting scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing

Ideal background:

✅ Downstream Process Development

✅ Protein Purification

✅ Monoclonal Antibodies or Recombinant Proteins

✅ Chromatography (ÄKTA/FPLC)

✅ Biopharmaceutical or CDMO experience
