Electrical Design Engineer

Electrical Design Engineer (Data Center)

We are hiring for all levels of experience with pay DOE

Location: San Jose, CA

Hybrid schedule 3-4 days a week on-site OR if you're not local we are open to fully REMOTE

We are a leading BAS/MEP Engineering Design firm specializing in Architectural Lighting Design, Commissioning and Energy Solutions, Sustainability, Technology (just to name a few) with a solid reputation in the field over the past 40 years.

Required:

• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
• Proven track record in Electrical System Design using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Experience in a hyperscale data center, or at least, mission critical data center experience
• Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and construction/engineering processes would be nice to have

Bonus points (not required):

• LEED accreditation and/or WELL certification
• Experience working on large-scale design and construction projects.
• Experience working on highly technical design and construction projects such as Mission Critical, Cleanroom, Data Centers or Manufacturing projects.
• Any Lighting or Architecture design would be a huge bonus
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Architectural (AIA) license would be a bonus but not required
