Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to represent employees in workplace-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling employment litigation, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage/workplace disputes, and settlement negotiations.

This role involves managing employment cases from client intake through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
