I'm currently working closely with the hiring team at a growing plaintiff-side Employment Litigation practice in Los Angeles. The Role:

• Manage plaintiff-side Employment Litigation matters involving FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.
• Manage written discovery and litigation strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare matters for mediations, hearings and trial.
• Build strong client relationships throughout the litigation process.

About You:

• 4+ years' Employment Litigation experience.
• Experience handling FEHA, discrimination and wrongful termination matters.
• Experience taking and defending depositions.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Plaintiff-side or defense-side Employment Litigation experience welcomed.

Location:

• Beverly Hills, California.
• Hybrid working arrangement.

Package:

• Base salary from $150,000 to $275,000 DOE.
• Opportunity to earn a percentage of qualifying cases.
