We are seeking experienced EEO Investigators to join our client’s team in New York, NY 10041.

Position Details

• Job Title: EEO Investigator
• Location: New York, NY 10041 — On-site
• Start Date: August 24, 2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $70–$73/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations involving workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and documentation.
• Partner with HR and Legal teams to support fair and compliant workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; J.D. preferred.
• 4+ years of EEO/workplace investigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws.
• Excellent interviewing, investigative, analytical, and report-writing skills.
