Project Estimator – Healthcare Construction
Location: Manhattan, New York
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are working with a well-established General Contractor in Manhattan specializing in healthcare residential construction. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Develop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of work
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Identify scope gaps and provide cost analysis
- Support preconstruction and value engineering efforts
- Collaborate with project management and leadership teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General Contractor
- Strong experience with healthcare construction projects
- Ability to manage estimates from concept through GMP
- Knowledge of Manhattan / NYC construction market
- Experience with estimating software and takeoffs
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience)
