The property offers multiple upscale food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, with a focus on high-quality service, innovative programming, and elevated hospitality standards.


The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, with a significant focus on leading and expanding the property's bar program. This role will manage teams, drive beverage revenue, maintain quality and service standards, control inventory and costs, and build strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will bring luxury hotel F&B management experience, strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, and a hands-on leadership style focused on both guest experience and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
  • Lead and develop the bar program across multiple outlets, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee.
  • Drive beverage sales, average check growth, upselling, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor and ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop F&B team members while fostering accountability and teamwork.
  • Create staffing schedules and ensure appropriate coverage during peak and off-peak periods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wine, spirits, coffee, and other beverage vendors.
  • Manage beverage purchasing, inventory, ordering, variance tracking, and cost controls.
  • Conduct regular operational inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and leadership teams on menus, events, promotions, and beverage activations.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve the overall F&B experience.
  • Ensure compliance with California labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Utilize POS and operational systems, including Micros Symphony and inventory management tools.
  • Support budgeting, financial performance, and initiatives designed to maximize profitability.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Luxury Hotel F&B Management – 3–5+ years managing food and beverage operations within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
  2. Bar & Beverage Program Leadership – Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and beverage operations, with experience developing programs and driving beverage revenue.
  3. Team Leadership & Financial Management – Proven ability to lead and develop teams while managing inventory, costs, purchasing, budgets, and overall F&B profitability.


Nice to Have Skills:

  1. Micros Symphony & Inventory Systems – Experience with Micros Symphony, Evention, and beverage inventory management tools.
  2. California Labor Law & Tip Structure Knowledge – Familiarity with California labor regulations, tip pooling, and hospitality-specific employment practices.
  3. Luxury Bar/Vendor Network – Established relationships with wine, spirits, coffee, and beverage vendors, along with experience creating innovative beverage programs.
