A law firm seeks a mid-level Healthcare Regulatory Associate in New York, NY. Duties

• Advise on fraud and abuse, HIPAA, and corporate practice of medicine.
• Assist with regulatory diligence and structuring of corporate transactions.
• Work on healthcare transactions, including private equity and M&A.
• Collaborate with companies and investors in regulatory and compliance counseling.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience with CMS, OCR, or DOJ is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice in DC or NY.
