We’re seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Phoenix, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll support both existing and new customers, helping with everything from answering product questions and preparing quotes to processing sales and purchase orders. You’ll also work closely with outside sales representatives and service technicians to ensure customers receive timely, accurate support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide responsive, professional customer service to existing and prospective customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product questions and troubleshooting
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotes
• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately
• Enter and maintain customer and order information in internal systems
• Follow up with outside sales representatives and service technicians regarding customer needs
• Maintain current knowledge of products, specifications, and new product offerings
• Communicate order and product information clearly to customers and internal teams
• Assist with resolving customer issues and ensuring timely follow-up
• Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with sales order and/or purchase order entry preferred
• Ability to learn customer databases and new software systems quickly
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
