💰 Up to $200,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

🕒 Full-Time
A highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an Employment Attorney to join its growing employment practice in Sacramento.
This is an opportunity to handle sophisticated employment litigation matters, work directly with experienced trial attorneys, and take ownership of meaningful cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA claims.
The attorney joining the team will inherit an existing caseload of active employment matters, giving them the opportunity to step in immediately, take ownership of cases, and manage matters from strategy through resolution.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of employment litigation experience
• Plaintiff-side employment experience preferred
• Strong defense-side employment attorneys are encouraged to apply
