📍 Location: Remote. Candidates must be based in or near Los Angeles or Pasadena.

What You'll Do

✅ Own a full caseload of employment defense litigation matters from intake to resolution

✅ Handle every phase of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep

✅ Independently develop and execute winning case strategies

✅ Dive into complex employment law research and analysis

✅ Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders

✅ Represent the firm in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations

✅ Keep case files sharp, organized, and deadline compliant

What You Bring

⭐ 8 to 15 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on employment defense

⭐ A track record of managing cases independently, with minimal oversight

⭐ Solid tenure

⭐ Deep, hands on experience across all stages of litigation

⭐ Sharp legal research, writing, and analytical skills

⭐ Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail

⭐ Strong communication and advocacy abilities

⭐ Active California State Bar admission in good standing

⭐ JD from an accredited law school
