Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor to bring on a Lead Senior Superintendent for their multifamily construction pipeline in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Big pipeline. Ground-up multifamily. Room to lead.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

Run the job site day to day. Own schedule, budget, subs, and safety across ground-up multifamily builds. Keep the project moving from mobilization to closeout.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Proven track record as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects

• Strong command of schedule, budget, subcontractor management, and site safety

• OSHA 30 certification

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):

• Wood-frame podium or wrap-style multifamily experience

• Procore or similar project management software

• Experience mentoring assistant superintendents

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

• $170,000 to $190,000 base salary + above market benefits

• Permanent, direct hire

• San Francisco Bay Area, on-site

• Active, growing multifamily pipeline
