EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

• 5+ years of experience as a production supervisor in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of 5S safety principles and data-driven decision making
• Proven leadership in maintaining high standards and safety compliance
• Proficiency with production tracking software and MS Office
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
• Seeking a firm but personable team leader

• Lead and oversee a team of production workers, ensuring standards are met
• Drive production targets with zero tolerance for preventable failures
• Enforce safety, 5S principles, and quality assurance procedures
• Manage shift communication, KPI tracking, and workforce training
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
