Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support the production and assembly of medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, manufacturing, inspection, testing, and packaging activities according to approved SOPs and work instructions.
  • Operate manufacturing tools, equipment, and fixtures safely and efficiently.
  • Complete production records, device history records, and other required documentation accurately.
  • Follow GMP, ISO, and company quality procedures and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Perform in-process inspections and identify product defects or manufacturing issues.
  • Troubleshoot routine equipment and process problems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including following cleanroom procedures when applicable.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical education or certification is a plus.
  • 1–3+ years of manufacturing or production experience, preferably in medical devices or another regulated industry.
  • Experience following SOPs, work instructions, drawings, or detailed manufacturing specifications.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.


Preferred Experience

  • Medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in an FDA-regulated and/or ISO 13485 environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP, nonconformance, CAPA, and controlled documentation.
  • Cleanroom or controlled-environment manufacturing experience.
