About the Role

We are seeking a Market Development Manager based in Los Angeles to support international consumer and lifestyle brands evaluating new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging fashion, beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle brands.
• Evaluate potential market-development opportunities.
• Support selected brands exploring China-market expansion.
• Analyze consumer, category, and competitive developments.
• Develop relationships with brand executives and industry partners.
• Support market-entry, category-extension, and partnership discussions.
• Provide insights into the U.S. consumer-brand ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience in market development, business development, brand growth, strategy, or international expansion.
• Experience with beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong commercial judgment and relationship-building skills.
• International or cross-market experience is valued.

Remote, contract-based and project-oriented.
