  • Take a strategic, consultative approach to understanding customer needs and recommending tailored product solutions.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently drive territory activity through prospecting, networking, and follow-up.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events throughout the region.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and territory updates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and clinical applications to better support customers and drive sales growth.

  • Comfortable selling into healthcare, educational, or clinical environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed in a field-based sales environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of territory growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Midwest territory (approximately 75%).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
