NEW IN – Senior Plaintiff Employment Attorney | FEHA & Title VII | $400K | Case Ownership + Leadership | Greater Los Angeles
I'm currently working closely with the hiring team at a growing plaintiff-side Employment Litigation practice in California. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Employment Attorney to take ownership of high-stakes individual employment matters, develop litigation strategy and mentor junior attorneys while working alongside experienced plaintiff-side litigators.

• High-Stakes Individual Advocacy — Represent employees in significant FEHA and Title VII matters involving discrimination, harassment and retaliation
• Genuine Case Ownership — Manage matters from intake and strategy through discovery, motion practice, settlement and resolution
• Advanced Litigation — Handle substantive motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations and summary judgment-related work
• Direct Client Responsibility — Develop case strategy while providing practical and compassionate client counseling
• Senior Leadership Opportunity — Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to case strategy, research, writing and execution
The role:
• Manage individual plaintiff-side Employment Litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Develop litigation strategy and case themes under FEHA and Title VII
• Draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• Handle written discovery and take and defend depositions
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations and settlement conferences
• Advise clients throughout the litigation process
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to case execution
Compensation & Perks:
• Up to $400,000 depending on experience
• Flexible working arrangement
Requirements:
• 10+ years of FEHA and Title VII Employment Litigation experience
• Strong California Employment Law and FEHA knowledge
• Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing matters independently and mentoring junior attorneys
• Active bar admission in good standing
Preferred:
• Strong academic background, ideally top 25% from a top-30 law school
• Stable professional history with demonstrated progression
