Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and excellence across the business. This role coordinates inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to support retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. This position collaborates closely with sales and production to support exceptional customer experiences and consistent brand standards.


Key Responsibilities


Inventory Management & Logistics

• Coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing shipments, both domestic and international

• Supply chain coordination and manage order fulfillment

• Handle high jewelry and high-value merchandise with the utmost care, discretion, and attention to security protocols

• Ensure adherence to company procedures, security protocols, and luxury brand standards


Repairs Management

• Oversee all jewelry repairs and service requests with local workshops and international partners

• Prepare, document, and track repair shipments

• Maintain detailed repair logs and provide status updates as needed


Show & Event Preparation

• Prepare and organize jewelry, fixtures, and tools for trunk shows, exhibitions, and events

• Ensure all materials are complete, properly packed, presentation-ready, and handled with appropriate security measures

• Assist with post-event inventory reconciliation and secure returns


Qualifications

  • Strong operations management skills, including process optimization, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience with inventory control, supply chain coordination, and logistics in a retail or luxury goods environment.
  • Proficiency in using business systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Excel Office and Adobe
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on site full-time in New York, NY, with flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak periods or events


Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
