Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)

Our client, a growing plaintiff firm in Beverly Hills, is seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Employment Litigation Attorney to join their team. This position is ideal for an attorney with experience handling single-plaintiff employment matters who is looking to further develop their litigation practice in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Work closely with clients and legal staff to develop case strategy.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of employment litigation experience preferred.
• Experience representing plaintiffs in single-plaintiff employment cases required.
• Class action experience is not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• California Bar admission in good standing.

Position Details:

• On-site position with potential hybrid flexibility.
• Trial experience is not required.
• Competitive compensation, with base salary up to $200,000 DOE.
