Plant Controller

We are working with the CFO of a private-equity backed Manufacturer based in Bergen County, NJ. They are looking for a dynamic Plant Controller to join their fast-growing organization. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-level analysis on business drivers, market trends, and profitability by product line
• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes for the entire US mobility segment
• Manage product costing, including material, labor, and overhead cost allocations
• Oversee cost control initiatives and implement cost reduction programs
• Provide strategic financial insights to support long-term business planning

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of Plant Accounting experience within a Manufacturing company
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

COMPENSATION:

$125,000 - $140,000 + 12.5% Bonus
