RN – PACU | Travel & Local Opportunity
Location: New York, NY
Specialty: PACU / Surgical Recovery
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Start Date: September 23, 2026
End Date: December 19, 2026
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN – PACU to provide quality patient care in a surgical recovery setting. The ideal candidate will have strong PACU experience and be comfortable caring for patients during the post-anesthesia recovery period.
Schedule:
- 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Requirements:
- Active RN license - NY State Registered
- PACU / Surgical Recovery experience required
- BLS – Mandatory
- ACLS – Mandatory
- PALS – Preferred
Compensation
- Travel Rate: $2,500 – $2,604/week, based on experience
- Local Rate: $58 – $63/hour, based on experience
