Project Engineer | Silicon Valley, CA | $105,000 - $115,000 + Above Market Benefits
Renewyx have partnered with a top-tier general contractor in the Bay Area to expand their Project Engineering and Field Engineering teams across all experience levels that have hands on commercial experience.
This is a well-established firm with a reputation for delivering complex, high-profile work across corporate, healthcare, education, hospitality, and life sciences. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:
Responsibilities scale with experience level, spanning plan and specification interpretation, subcontractor coordination, schedule and budget tracking, and job-site quality and safety oversight. Senior Field Engineers benefit from a defined pathway toward Superintendent.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
• Experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications and coordinate subcontractors or field execution
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):
• Familiarity with Viewpoint, Primavera, or comparable PM and scheduling software
• Prior exposure to self-perform or union work environments
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (on-campus)
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:
• $105K to $120K+, depending on level and role
• Permanent, full-time position
• Based in Silicon Valley with projects across the Bay Area, on-site
